I am pretty plain when it comes to my jewelry; wedding rings, small earrings, thin silver necklace, and of course, a watch. I have pretty much always have been a watch wearer but I hate, hate, hate wearing one to work out in. I feel all itchy and gross where my watch sits, but I still like to know what time it is. My problem has recently been solved.

After browsing the web one afternoon, I came across a great website, http://www.deucebrand.com/. I was really attracted to the look, colors, and the functionality of the products Deuce Brand was offering. I contacted Lee, Deuce Brand Director of Sports Marketing, in hopes he could give me some more info about the company, products, and maybe even a product to review and giveaway. Lee followed up with me, and I am so excited to pass along all I have found.

Deuce Brand is a San Diego based sports accessory company that was founded in 2009 and their products have been developed by athletes who love fashion and athletics. The name Deuce Brand, symbolizes the #2, and the struggle that everyone strives for in sports and in life to be #1. Lee sent me my very own Deuce Brand Fashion Sports Watch to review for Mommy's Block Party.

I was sent The Original by Deuce Brand in Black in Small.

The packaging of the Deuce Brand watch was really easy to open and access the watch and instruction manual. Which I of course did as soon as the package arrived.

The Original is 3 ATM Water Resistant, has an LCD screen, made of surgical silicone rubber with enough elasticity to fit my wrist and still give me plenty of room, and ultra light-weighing just 10 grams.

I immediately set off to set and wear my watch. The instruction manual is a bit small, if I was older and had trouble with small print, this may have been an issue. I was easily able to read it and luckily the website offers a video on how to set your watch, which can be seen here.

Watch setup was fairly easy after I read the directions. I haven't had to change the battery yet and according to the instruction manual should not have to for another year or so. I also recommend you follow all the proper watch care and precautions to keep your Deuce Brand watch at its best.

This watch is so comfortable on my wrist, no rubbing or hair pulling, which is so annoying when you are trying to work out. It doesn't absorb the sweat and stays put on my wrist, no sliding all around when I am moving. I have worn it walking/jogging on the treadmill, to Zumba, and just for everyday wear. It is super easy to slide on and off my wrist and the color matches everything, although I think a neon pink would be awesome too. My kids also like it, the numbers are easy to read and I feel safe letting them hold it, it isn't going to break if they drop it.

I am heading to Zumba in just a bit and you can bet my wrist has a bit of personality on it thanks to my Deuce Brand watch!
