Bean Pot Sausage Dip:
You Will Need:
2 lbs pork sausage- cooked and drained
4- 8 oz packages of soft cream cheese
2 cans Rotel Tomatoes (juice drained)
You Will Need:
2 lbs pork sausage- cooked and drained
4- 8 oz packages of soft cream cheese
2 cans Rotel Tomatoes (juice drained)
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Mix together cream cheese and Rotel tomatoes in a bowl.
Fold in cooked sausage.
Add mixture to your favorite Celebrating Home Stoneware baker- Bean Pot, Casserole Dish, etc. Heat through in oven and serve warm with bread, crackers or tortilla chips.
*This is a doubled recipe. Cut the recipe in half if making for a small gathering, or serving your family.
