Someone once told me how much they loved how great our house smelled when they visited. It always had a seasonal scent and they enjoyed having that greet them when they walked in the door. My candle use has cut down, having kids running around makes it a little more difficult to keep them burning, but I always make sure to have some going when we are entertaining.

I was in need of some new summer scents and what could be more summery but strawberries! As one of our fabulous Spotlight Sponsors, Sherri with PartyLite helped me out. We had a few small shipping issues and so what would have been July is now our September feature, but no fear, the smell is wonderful and waiting was worth it.

PartyLite GloLite

This is not just any candle, it is a brand new candle that is one of a kind and exclusive to PartyLite. The GloLite is considered the brightest candle in the world. I love the box, even before opening it up, the gold sunburst on the front, along with the writing just totally jumps out and grabs your attention.

Our specific GloLite is the current PartyLite ACS product. For each one GloLite purchased, a portion will go to the ACS. How wonderful is that?

This GloLite comes in a clear glass jar (that can be reused once wax-free). The jar is 4" high, 3.75" diameter, which is a great size for displaying almost anywhere in our house. The wax is a light pink color that will blend in with most of our home decor without looking out of place.

The GloLite will give an all over glow with a stronger scent, Sherri sent Strawberry Rhubarb and it is so pleasant. It is a very fresh yet gentle fragrance and you can really smell the strawberry come through.

With a double wick, you can get a more even burn. The GloLite will have a general burn time of 55-65 hours. Our GloLite is at around 10 hours and barely looks used at all.

The GloLite is very true to the brightest candle, I have no lights on in this photo other than the candle and the small lit pumpkin. The GloLite is giving off a great light that is bright and glowing. The gentle smell and glow makes this a wonderful addition to our home.
