As we begin winding down the summer over the next few weeks, I'll be picking up some new fall wardrobe staples. I'm usually always happy for fall to roll around, because it's my favorite season of the whole year, and I love fall accessories. I'm ready to trade in my sandals and bring my boots back out, style and outfit with some fun scarves, etc. One thing I don't have to swap out between seasons, though (and thank goodness), is my jewelry. I have very few pieces of jewelry that seasonal, which is great, because I really like to rotate my accessories.

I was thrilled to work with Anna this month. We decided that I would review some earrings this go around, and though I looked through the catalog, I was having a hard time selecting a pair. I love all of their earrings, and it was about to become a huge process of elimination, so I let Anna select a style for me, and surprise me. Anna knows that I'm pretty modest, I prefer silver, and I'm not into big jewelry. I couldn't wait to see what she chose for me!

Azuli Skye takes great care to make the presentation of your newly purchased jewelry magnificent. Seriously, it's like being presented with a special gift, each and every time! The jewelry comes to the recipient in a lovely black satin pouch, with the Azuli Skye logo printed on the front. I always keep these pouches... they're so pretty!

Even after you open your pouch  to find your jewelry, there's more fun in store. My jewelry was all wrapped up in tissue paper, held closed with an Azuli Skye sticker. It just kept getting better and better... it sort of felt like it was my birthday or something!

When I opened the tissue paper, I found a beautiful, dainty pair of earrings waiting for me. As I took a closer look, I saw that they were post earrings with two crystal dragonflies on each post, sort of stacked on top of one another. I also received a couple of cards with my jewelry- one with tips on jewelry care and cleaning, and the other with info about Azuli Skye, and how to connect with the company.

It was love at first sight with these delightfully dainty earrings. And of course, Anna knows me so well- she knew I would love these! I couldn't wait to try them on, and didn't waste any time! These are Cubic Zirconium, and are just gorgeous. They embody serenity and harmony, and sparkle and shine, just as if they were diamonds!

I felt really special when I put these earrings on. I haven't worn post earrings in quite a while, because when you become a mom, you figure out really fast that it's better to wear fish hook earrings with no backs, so they'll just slip out if they're pulled on by your little one. I was thrilled to have a new pair of post earrings- beautiful ones, at that. They're the the type of earrings that can be very casual, or can really dress up a nicer outfit. Plus, unlike a lot of post earrings, these don't pinch, and they're very light.

The dragonfly earrings are perfect for every season, and I am definitely going to be wearing the heck out of them these last few weeks of summer! I went to a meeting and had these on, and the other moms were just drooling over them.
