Hey everyone, Vanessa here. Tuesday marked the end of another school year, which means this mom has been going a little crazy deep cleaning
So True in Our House |
One of my least favorite parts of cleaning is sweeping. It's not that it's difficult to do, but it is one of the "chores" I do the most and somehow it still manages to look like I rarely do it. Between crumbs, dirt, stickers, and paper from crayons (Reese is obsessed with peeling this off) our floors always look like they could use a good sweeping.
This is Just Today in the Living Room with 1 Kiddo! |
Recently, we got to sample a new broom called the Turn It Over Broom. Now, I know what you might be thinking- "Who gets excited over a broom?". Well, usually it's not me, but in this case it totally was! This broom was made for Moms like me who are sick of things sticking to the floor and having to either bend over to pick them up or use the handle side of the broom to remove it in the process scratching up the floor.
Our Broom Has ARRIVED! |
The idea behind the broom is simple enough: "Kids drop and spill food. Somebody steps on it. The dirt sticks to the floor." After doing some research, founder of the Turn It Over Broom, Moshe Nudelman, found that there were heavy duty scraper brooms for industrial use but nothing for the home. Thankfully for us, Moshe changed that!
Kitchen Floor Decorated with a Sticker! |
Turn It Over Broom to the Rescue! |
And Voila! The sticker is up off of the Floor Easy Peasy!
I seriously am so glad this broom is part of our clean up arsenal! I have been using brooms from the dollar store thinking that they all do the same job, but I was definitely mistaken. The handy scraper is not the only good thing about the Turn It Over Broom either, the bristles on this broom are strong and sweep up the dirt on your first pass, which definitely beats having to pass the broom over the same area 2-3 times!
Want Your Own Turn-It-Over Broom?
You can order your own broom directly through the Turn It Over Broom Website. They are available in Turquoise, Orange, and Blue. Don't forget to connect with the company on Facebook and Youtube!
