Who are the Traveling Mangia Mamas?

We are located in different areas of the country, which gives us the wonderful opportunity to share about regional tastes, sights and sounds, as well as give voice to our neighboring cities and states.
What is ‘mangia’, anyway?
‘Mangia’ is the Italian word for ‘eat’. Some of us Mamas grew up with our Italian parents, grandparents, and extended family using this term at the family table, whether we were at home, in a restaurant, or elsewhere. It’s a word that is near and dear to us, and floods our hearts with memories of delicious food, conversation and the love of family.
