When a pleasant and unusually intelligent dinosaur unexpectedly hatches from a fossilized egg in present day California, a group of teenagers adopt him as their new best friend.  Join in on the excitement as they protect him from the prying eyes of other humans and teach him their favorite pastimes, including skateboarding!

SYNOPSIS

“Denver the Last Dinosaur” revolves around the adventures of the last dinosaur, Denver, a Corythosaurus who has been released from his egg by a group of multicultural modern California teens: Jeremy, Mario, Shades, Wally and Casey, along with tag-along older sister, Heather. The kids teach Denver the finer points of skateboarding and other pastimes while protecting him from concert promoter Morton Fizzback who wants to use the dinosaur to make money.

Our Thoughts...

When we were offered the chance to review the complete series of Denver the Last Dinosaur on DVD, I was so excited! This was one of my favorite cartoons when I was little, and I still remember sitting around the television with my sister, each of us with a bowl of cold cereal in hand, laughing, and laughing, and singing along to that classic theme song! I loved popping one of the first DVDs into the DVD player, and being reintroduced to an old friend. It didn't take long for B to become interested in the super cool rockin' and rollin' blast from my past. Before I knew it, we were both singing and dancing along with Denver and his friends! I can't wait to bring the entire Denver the Last Dinosaur series with my on our family vacation this year, and watch some of these episodes with my sis- I know we'll all be singing along, and taking a little walk down memory lane!
