Fabulous Fall Fashion for the Kiddos: Taylor Joelle Designs #Review

Fall is such a fun, beautiful time of the year. B has definitely noticed the change in seasons, and he loves fall as much as I do. We love watching the leaves fall from the trees when we're playing outside, or when we're on a walk together. Dressing for the fall weather can be as tricky for kids as it can be for adults, though. Sure, it's easy to layer up and pull on light jackets, but it's definitely easier to dress little ones in something that they can wear comfortably all day.

My husband is a huge fan of long sleeved shirts paired with short in the spring, and in the fall. I figured that if it was a comfortable way for him to dress, it would be a great way for B to dress as well.

Taylor Joelle Designs has been outfitting children in fresh, fun fashion since 2007. Founded by Jenny, Taylor Joelle Designs makes accessories and clothing that will make your little ones feel like fashion kings and queens. Jenny remains the primary designer, and is involved in every Taylor Joelle business decision. Taylor Joelle is based out of Utah, and sells their adorable fashion pieces in the US and Canada.

We were thrilled to connect with the fine folks at Taylor Joelle Designs, and I was pleased to see that they not only had adorable girls clothing and accessories, but that they had a nice selection of apparel for boys, as well.

We received the adorable Hedgehog 3/4 Length Baseball T-shirt from Taylor Joelle Designs.

The printed hedgehog is such a cute design, and I knew B would love it!

I feel like you can't go wrong with a baseball tee at any age. Baseball tees give you a color mix-up, a crew collar, a loose fit, which is ultra comfy, sleeves, and this top in particular has that bonus added hedgehog design! The fabric is a light cotton, which is perfect for this time of year- it provides warmth and gives coverage, but it's also lightweight. Cotton is always an awesome choice of fabric for little ones, because it's less likely to irritate their skin, and of course, it absorbs moisture, and washes well.

B was so excited to receive this special t-shirt! He loves hedgehogs, and enjoys learning about them through some of our lessons at home. We also look for these prickly little guys on one of our favorite educational shows- Wild Kratts. I couldn't wait to see B in his new Hedgehog Baseball Tee from Taylor Joelle Designs, and he couldn't wait to try it on and wear it to school!

B loves his new tee from Taylor Joelle Designs, and so do I! The shirt size is a 6, which is a bit roomy for B at this point, as we're really into 5T/5's right now. Kids sizes can be so tricky. What I like about this top, however, is that even though it's roomy now, he'll be able to wear this through the fall and winter, and hopefully into the spring season in 2015. I just have to work hard to keep it super clean!
