When Podiatrist Adam Cirlincione went with his pregnant wife to her first pre-natal appointment all of the doctor's recommendations made sense except one, no more nail polish until the baby was born. My nails tend to curve inward when they grow too long. I can't let them grow too long because I think they look awkward. I don' thave a problem with them peeling or breaking...just curving inward ( known as a c-curve). I square them off as much as I can, but they still seem to do it...I have made them all shapes and they STILL do it. I have very small nail beds too...not much I can do about that.

ReplyDeleteMy nails grow soo slow but when they get some length they are pretty strong except my thumbs :( they split & bend easy & just will not grow! coconut oil helps with my other nails but not my thumbs.
