Good Eats- What's For Dinner Tonight?

It's taco night! We're changing things up a bit tonight, though... I bought some black beans and just got my hand on some fresh cilantro to mix in with some rice. Yum. You guys must think we eat tacos like, all the time- but truth be told, it's a quick and easy go-to meal for Thursday nights, which are busy for our family.

Whatcha Reading?

Nada. Zilch. I am just not into it right now, but vacation is coming up in a few weeks, and I need to get my reading list together! On the other hand, B and I have been reading together- a lot. Right now, his favorite story is Big Hero 6, He loves to read it to me.

Listening to Anything Good?

I have been listening to a lot of Nightwish- I love their sound.

Whatcha Been Watching?

Well, I binge watched seasons 5 & 6 of The Real Housewives of NYC. I can't get enough of those crazy ladies... and if you ask me, money can't buy ANY OF THEM class, except maybe Carol... Carol is cool, and Heather is a close 2nd. Holla!

I have been having just plain wierd dreams lately.

What I'm Lovin' this Week...

We're heading to the SeaLife Charlotte/Concord Aquarium today! We're excited to see what new creature they'll be unveiling!

I am so Done With...

Allergy season! Seriously! I love spring, byt my eyes have never been itchier!

Silliest Thing this Week...

Playing outside in the yard with B. We have just been enjoying the sunshine and warm weather, and have been having a blast rolling around in the grass, getting our feet all dirty, and laughing our heads off.

What I'm Looking Forward to...

The beach! Yes, we're heading back to the beach in just a few weeks, and I cannot wait to relax a bit and soak up the sun!
