Tasty Tuesday: Quick and Easy Pinterest

Our evenings are completely full from now until mid-June with baseball, softball, dance, and gymnastics. Planning our dinners is super important so we do not just grab fast food every night, that is not healthy and expensive. I have been Pinteresting ideas for things that are both quick and easy for me to do during the day so we can come home and eat.

Here are some yummy finds so far:
These are so easy to make and bake. You can also change out the meat and cheese if you wanted to make more of a pizza roll too.

I love that with this recipe you can choose whatever veggies you want. My kids love carrots and broccoli the best, but adding in some cauliflower in small chunks gives them a little more variety. By already having the veggies cut up, this recipe takes less than 30 minutes to get on the table, just enough time to also warm up some crusty French bread.

I haven't made this exact recipe, but one similar. I am looking forward to trying this one soon. My plan is to have the filling already made up, so all I have to do when I get home is fill the rolls and bake them.

I like having the meat cooked ahead of time, so I can just throw it back in the pan and warm it up. The rest of the recipe takes just as long as it takes for the rice to become tender, so around 20 minutes. This is a hearty meal that is full of flavor.

This one is ready when we walk in the door. The crockpot is such a lifesaver on busy nights. All we have to do with this one is put it together in the bowl and add some cheese, sour cream, and avocado.

This is one of my new favorites. We use ground white meat turkey to be a bit healthier and have it cooked ahead of time, along with the rest of the "taco filling" ingredients. When we get home, all I have to do is stuff the shells, sprinkle with cheese, and pop them in the oven to let the cheese melt.

Hope some of these recipes can help you out on your busy nights too!
