Summer is swiftly drawing to a close, but the warmth in the southeast will still be around for a while. Gone are the days of fashion rules. I am still wearing white after Labor Day, and wear my sandals until it's too cold for my feet to stand. We're still reaching the high 80's and some days, we're even in the 90's here in North Carolina (ugh- just ready for that to end!), so my style is still easy, pretty, and flowy for now.

Recently, I had the pleasure of running across Joyluxe Boutique while I was looking for some gorgeous transition styles from summer to fall. I received the Ready for My Closeup Tank from Joyluxe and quickly fell in love with its flowly romantic style!

In the summertime, I like to keep it light. I am not a huge fan of shorts, and love longer length tees, and tanks. I have a short torso, so I aim to give the illusion that it's longer than it actually is (this is also why I like to wear pointy flats- style trick!). The drape on this top is stunning, as is the back detail. I had to find a tube style tank to wear with my strapless bra underneath of this top, due to the way the straps are designed, but once I solved that, I was good to go.

This top is pretty see-through, so you'd definitely want to wear something underneath of it. You could certainly pair it with shorts, if that's your style, but I prefer to wear tops like this style with skinny jeans or jeggings, rolled up at the bottom.

I added a long bauble necklace and matching earrings to this outfit, and loved the combination.

This is a fun, casual top that can be dressed up or down, for just about any occasion- date night, a picnic, PTA meeting, family gathering, etc. This top is a small, and fits perfectly. I love that it has room to drape over my tummy as it expands, and hopefully, I'll be able to wear this post baby next spring/summer.

We thought this flowy asymmetrical tank top was too good to be true too! The blue and white floral print and lace strap details are perfect for summer. The fun asymmetrical hem and breezy ruffled cut will add some sass to your skip! Wear over white denim or faded girlfriend jeans and tan sandals for a chic summery look!
