Well, it's finally Saturday. Drew has another birthday party to attend, and I am a little envious.

 I cannot tell you the last birthday party I attended for someone who wasn't (around) the same age as either of my kiddos. Actually, that's not true, we had a big milestone birthday celebration for my father-in-law in December. Aside from that one (and the one for my mother-in-law a few years ago) it's has been quite some time since I have attended a birthday party that wasn't for a kid. 

I am not sure when it happened exactly, but I noticed pretty recently, our kiddos have a more active social life than I do. Pretty soon, both of them will be in school, and that means more friends, more birthday parties, and more social activities for our little ladies. I don't know what I am going to do with myself, but I'm going to have to make more friends ASAP!
