It's always fun to review delicious candy...especially chocolate and caramel together.  I try not to eat much chocolate because it's hard to stop with just a little bite.  This one is really hard to put down.  I have been savoring one square a day so that it will last longer.  This chocolate is dark, rich and smooth with a combination of salt and caramel.  Bitter chocolate + saltiness of the sea + sweet buttery crunch of caramel = melt in your mouth deliciousness!!  Another huge plus for this candy is that it is organic and fair trade.  If you have to eat chocolate, I feel better eating this bar!  Alter Eco has a lot of different selections for you to try.  Look around their webpage and I am sure you will find something that sounds delicious to you.
