There isn't much that I love more than fall fashion. Every August, I begin to get the itch for fall and winter clothing, shoes, and accessories. I live in NC, so it doesn't usually feel like fall until sometime in November, and even the months of November and December can be pretty mild. It was 75 degrees on Christmas day last year, and our friends from Minnesota said that it was the first time they'd ever worn shorts on Christmas! Fall can be sort of tricky when it comes to wardrobes, especially when it just doesn't feel like fall. For me, I like to keep out some pieces from my summer wardrobe that'll help me transition into fall, and mix and match those with new pieces for the season.

I connected with Megan, excited about Ollie Marie Boutique. One of the things that drew me to Ollie Marie, was not just the gorgeous apparel, but the fact that there was a wonderful selection of apparel for curvy girls. I had a baby back in April. I love boutique clothing, but a lot of my pieces weren't going to fit postpartum. I was between a size 2/4 when I became pregnant in August 2015, and gained 50 pounds during my pregnancy. Six months after the birth of my daughter, I am back between a size 4/6.  Ollie Marie had lots of styles that I loved when I browsed their online selection. I knew that their pieces would be stylish, and flattering.

Megan was kind enough to send me a few pieces to enjoy from Ollie Marie.

I love the Mama Boss shirt. It is so soft and comfortable! It's the perfect casual top to hang out in. I love the gorgeous blue color, and the graphic design! I'm not usually fond of graphic tees, but when I saw this one, it struck a chord with me. I don't consider myself the boss of the family, but 'Mama Boss' is kind of humorous! This buttery soft tee will quickly become a favorite! Pair it with shorts or jeans for a casual look. You could even style it with a pencil skirt and cardigan!

The Mama Boss tee is currently on sale for $10.00! What a great deal! If there's a 'Mama Boss' in your life, definitely consider this tee as a fun gift! I am wearing a size small, which fits sizes 6/8. Fit is a bit of a loose fit on me.


Another favorite piece, and must-have for fall, the Baby Got Spots Top!

This top is currently sold out (boo!), but I am so happy to have it in my closet this fall! I love pairing this top with other colorful pieces. I bumped up the boldness of my look with my red flats (Kenneth Cole). I also have different colored cardigans that I sometimes throw on over this top, and they all look great with it. My favorites are red and yellow.

This top features a cute polka dot design (you're never too old for polka dots, ladies), with a lace trimmed top. I love the combination look. I am wearing the small, which fits a 6/8. It's definitely roomy, and it's super flowy. It would look great as a tunic, worn with leggings and boots!
