Motivation comes in all facets... words, songs, ideas, etc... Sometimes you will be the reason someone smiles and their day gets turned around. Other times you will be the one needing the motivation.
Sometimes you need to make hard decisions and choose an unlikely path. The outcome may never be foreseen, but like Steve says... You've Got to Jump.
