When it comes to the holiday season, all I can think about are the treats! I love holiday treats- from cookies to baked bars, and the drinks... bring on those holiday drinks! Unfortunately, along with the holiday goodies come the unwanted holiday calories. I have enough trouble without the added holiday calories, as I am trying to finish losing weight that I gained while pregnant with Baby S. I want to be healthy through the holidays, so I plan to make some extra time to incorporate yoga into my daily routine. Not only will keep me healthy, it'll lower my stress and save my sanity.

I was sent a super luxurious pair of yoga capris from Dear Kate. I wasn't quite sure what to expect from this type of garment, but was excited to see them in person.
Aren't they pretty?
These are the Go Kommando Yoga Capri in Grey Mosaic. I love the pattern/design, and love the fabric, too! These are a size medium, and I'm glad that I went with this size. Anything smaller would have been too snug on me. These capris are form fitting, and are perfect for my low-key workouts at home, I love that I can just slip right into them and feel comfortable while exercising. I don't have my period right now, because I am still nursing Baby S, but am fully aware that it could show up at any time. I don't want to be unprepared!

These yoga capris allow for total flexibility, which is wonderful, considering I am often on the floor with my kiddos all around! These are perfect for working out at home, and for wearing out on walks. runs, or for running errands around town. Plus, they hold liquid... yes- liquid! No having to worry about life's little 'oops' moments in these! They are absolute perfection!
