Is it just me, or is there no better way to spend a beautiful spring afternoon then eating brunch? Our new apartment has a small patio that's just perfect for sitting outside and enjoying the amazing weather we've been having. The only thing missing is a table! I'm hoping this Mother's Day I get a table, and a delicious brunch that I don't need to lift a finger to make. I know just the thing to make our meal extra special.

Bonne Mamam sent my family a jar of their Four Fruits Preserves and Black Cherry Spread to sample. When they arrived, I was really impressed by the packaging! They use glass wide-mouth jars and simple labels that allow the beautiful red hues of the preserves be the star of the show.

Peanut butter and Jelly is a favorite in our house, and not just for my two daughters. It's one of my husband's favorite foods! Ray and I both enjoy fine and sometimes obscure foods but when it comes down to it, we all love a good sandwich! Adding Bonne Maman's blend of cherries, strawberries, redcurrants and raspberries puts this classic over the top. Between requests for PB&J sandwiches and toast topped with Four Fruit Preserves, I went through a loaf and a half of bread in less then a week!

Another staple in our house is cheese and crackers, and an absolute favorite pairing is brie and dried cranberries. I decided to experiment by adding Black Cherry Spread to water crackers and topping with brie, the result was a hit! A simple and tasty snack that could make a wonderful party appetizer.
