As a mom, what do I really want for Mother's Day? I want to be able to spend time with my kids, without being in pain. 10+ years after a bad knee injury, I am finding myself in almost constant pain from my knee. Walking around, playing on the floor, and normal everyday activities for a mom with two little ones are less than enjoyable when dealing with knee pain. Over the years, I have tried lots of different shoes and sandals to help give me an extra little boost of support, but most have failed to be comfortable or fashionable.

When I first tried the Rose sandals on, I immediately felt comfortable. Before I even stood up with them on my feet, I felt like I was visiting a spa. That's because the insoles of these sandals are so silky and soft. I felt like I had put my feet into velvet slippers. The insole features a pretty little design with white flowers along the toe and heel of the sandal. A Simple criss-cross design goes over the toes.

Now for the fun stuff... check out the strap and the heel of the sandal.

The sandal strap is leather, and it is adjustable. It simply has a Velcro closure, making it easier than ever to clip them on or off. The heel has a little extra cush, making these sandals so comfortable to walk in or to wear for long periods of time. If you have a job where you're on your feet a lot, you will appreciate having these sandals! I love the pretty braid detail along the strap, too.

The heel gives you different levels of support. There are three nodules located in the heel of the sandal (the little dots). If you gently push on the dots, they move. They're actually little pegs that can come out of the sandal. Each one helps you adjust the level of support you want in the heel of the shoe. How many of your current sandals can do that? I have a toddler on my hip for many hours during the day. Wearing the Rose sandals gives me the support that I need. I don't have to worry about tripping over these sandals, or falling. My ankle sometimes gives out, but not in these sandals. I love wearing them at home, for work or play, out for a day of shopping, or even to church.
