Happy Saturday! This weekend is going to be slightly more eventful for us than the last few, and I'm pretty excited about it! 

Here in Connecticut, there is a "state-wide celebration" known as Connecticut Open House Day. 

Every year, over the last 13 years, various state attractions offer discounted or free admission, giveaways, special offers, fun activities for the kids (which the Wigglesworth crew LOVES), and so much more. 

While it is in its 13th year, we only just found out about Connecticut Open House Day a few years ago. We get excited, every year, to check out the list of participating attractions. One of our most favorite attractions has been Dinosaur State Park, which is located in Rocky Hill, CT.  

This year, we are looking forward to checking out 2 different attractions, both located in Bristol, CT. The New England Carousel Museum (we have been before, but not with R) and Barnes Nature Center (new to us). I am looking forward to all of the excitement of the day and cannot wait to share some pictures.
