My mom sold Avon when I was young, and many of their products were staples in our household. We never left the house during the summer without smearing on Skin So Soft sunscreen, and my first lip balm was adorned with the iconic label. One of my favorite pass times was flipping through the new catalog when it arrived and longing for the day I would be able to wear all the beautiful makeup.
Life happened and my mom eventually stopped receiving our monthly shipments but my fond memories of Avon remain.

I love the glitter in this eyeliner along with the beautiful purple color! It's gorgeous with and without eyeshadow.

I had a difficult time photographing the nail color, no matter what I tried it looks black in pictures (probably just a phone issue). In person, it's a dark purple with a ton of shine. I can't wait for cool temperatures to come, it's the perfect color for my fall wardrobe!

I think Avon did a great job selecting shades that are flattering for anyone; and pieces work well together or individually. I look forward to playing with all this beautiful makeup when fall and winter come! We always have a lot more social obligations during that time of year and I will be prepared whether it's casual or formal.

I learned for Fall, you should switch up go-to black liner for a rich bold shade, like hunter green or sapphire blue.
