Thank you to Hyggelight: The Growing Company for providing me with product in exchange for my honest review. All thoughts and opinions shared below are my own.
The term "hygge" pronounced "hoo-ga" is a concept you may be learning about for the first time today. I was recently introduced to hygge by a friend who told me she was reading a book all about it! The more I looked into it, the more I realized hygge is becoming more and more popular in the United States. The Growing Candle has developed a way to incorporate two essential lifestyle elements into one, stunning candle.
Hygge is the concept of creating a comfortable, relaxing environment to enjoy life's simple pleasure such as family and friends. The Growing Company has developed a line of candles that adhere to the hygge way of life. These candles are naturally scented with rosemary, lavender, mint, apple cider, cedarwood and Christmas thyme.
The three candles I had the privilege of experiencing were: (left to right) Norah, Natalie, Emma scented with Rosemary, Lavender and Cedarwood.
You'll notice the white wrap around label on each candle. Do not discard this label and assume it is just a decoration. Inside this label, are lots of wildflower seeds. Either plant the paper in soil inside the candle pot after it's burned to the bottom, or plant the seeded paper in another pot to see which wildflowers you will have!
The Growing Candle aims to not fall into the "just another candle company" category and I can assure you, they have set themselves apart. You have to smell it to believe it, but these all natural fragrances are so fresh, it's hard to choose a favorite to burn.
Each candle is heavy duty and smells divine!
