I know sometimes I struggle with remembering to be grateful for what I am going through in a specific moment. I try very hard to be mindful that my actions, inactions, words, and silence can be harmful.
I am grateful today for the people I surround myself with both on a professional and personal level.
I am grateful today for people that have given off negative energy to ensure that I know hardship or trials.
I am grateful today that I have been there for someone who needed me just to listen while they lessened the burden they have.

Great post. It is hard sometimes but I am so grateful for my family, my sweet fiance' and the great friends I have!
