Thank you to lil' buds for the product. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
Nursing mamas, I see you out there. You're simply dealing with the discomfort of sore breasts. Baby could just be a really great eater, be biting while nursing, or you may have a case of mastitis. I've been there, in all of those cases, multiple times. Lil' buds are a game changer. I am one who does not like to take much medicine, especially while nursing. Lil' buds are all natural breast comfort packs, perfect for any or all of the above situations.
Lil' Buds are designed to help ease mastitis, engorgement, and clogged ducts. Made out of all-natural materials, Lil' Buds are environmentally friendly. You can put them in the microwave to heat up or put them in the freezer then place in your bra in between feedings.
Lil' Buds has collaborated with Lauren Roth's artistry to create one of the best all natural, beautiful, and eco-friendly solutions to breastfeeding ailments.
For me, mastitis was the most challenging while nursing my first baby. I got it twice and didn't want to to go the doctor if at all possible. Google provided lots of suggestions and some worked. I wish I had had Lil' buds then.
I also have really enjoyed the lavender. I think everyone's first baby is more challenging so I'm already more relaxed this time around, but the lavender does help me find more calm if I feel frustrated. And we all know that if mama is frustrated or flustered, baby senses it and will feel it, too. I think that can be part of the major challenge of breastfeeding.
Stay calm, stop the suffering and discomfort! You deserve this.
Current Situation
I have yet to get mastitis with this baby (keeping my fingers crossed!), but he has started biting and boy, oh, boy do the Lil' buds really help me heal between feedings. The breast comfort packs are easy to care for and easy to use.
You can use them at room temperature or cool. I prefer to throw mine in the freezer in between uses. I find the cooling to work much better for me.
There's no prep work, you don't have to worry about washing off after using them like certain creams; they're dreamy. For a busy mom of multiple kids, you'll want this or want to gift these to a new mama.
Want it? Buy it!
Lil' buds can be purchased for the affordable price of $25.00. If you are not a fan of the Black Floral, there are nine other options in the Original, seven options in the Classic, and four options in the Organic. The Organic is only a little more expensive at $27.00. Having that Hawaiian flare, all the prints are just gorgeous.
There are also other, very cute accessories to be found and purchased including breastfeeding milestone cards and carrying pouches for the Lil' buds.
Breastfeeding is not always easy and yes, sometimes it can be painful. Use what you can to enjoy the journey with your little. It is such a small window of time in all of our lives. Take care of yourself so you can take care of your baby.
