Do you ever see signs or written posts in your daily life that seem to fit your situation or current mood?  I believe that signs are around for everything we experience.  

This is the message on the board for E's ROTC class.  I take this quote as meaning that every one's perception of events, words, or circumstances is their own reality despite the intention of said events, words or circumstances.
