Halloween has come and gone, but that doesn't mean that we're not still having spooky fun as a family at our house. My kids love spooky, eerie everything. Little Bean is drawn to one character in particular- sweet little Vampirina! She's one of our newest favorite Disney Junior characters, and we just can't seem to get enough of her this year!

Lucky for us, we've been abe to bring a piece of Vampirina fun home for the holidays! Vampirina Ghoul Girls Rock just released (today) on Disney Junior DVD, and it's the perfect holiday gift!

Follow Vampirina and her two best friends, Poppy and Bridget, as they take the stage and start their very own band: the Ghoul Girls!  Cheer them on as they travel to Transylvania for their first-ever talent competition and go on many more awesome adventures! Amped with six music-filled episodes, plus seven bonus animated shorts, Vampirina: Ghoul Girls Rock! soars to fang-tastic new heights as Vee and her friends learn how to find their inner ghoul and rock out! Our thoughts:

Since my girl loves Vamiprina already, there's no question as to whether or not she'll love this DVD. It has six full episodes, and it also bonus shorts. Now, Little Bean can sit and watch an episode all the way through without a problem, but we really love the shorts. All of these episodes absolutely rock, sharing Vampirina's musical adventures with her friends (and bandmates) The Ghoul Girls. Little Bean loves to rock out with Vampirina and her friends- plus, it's the perfect sidekick/companion gift to the Vampirina Rock 'N Jam Touring Van!

My girl is going to be singing her heart out with Vampirina and her friends, and I can't wait to see that. From a parental standpoint, I love Vampirina's demeanor. She's a gentle girl and loves to make sure her friends all get along and are treated fairly and with respect. Those are wonderful lessons for our little ones to be learning, and timely ones at that!
