ChiliPAD Gives You The Gift Of A Good Night's Sleep! #MBPHGG18

I have not had a good night's sleep in a long time. So long, that I can't even remember what a good night's sleep feels like. I am good if I get 4 hours and I usually don't get more than 2 hours straight. I am so tired but as soon as I lay down I am wide awake. I was so excited to try out the ChiliPAD after looking around their website and reading some of the reviews. I have tried so many different things to help me sleep and nothing has helped. One thing I have not tried is something like the ChiliPAD.

I really was skeptical when I received my ChiliPAD because I am such a horrible sleeper that I didn't think this pad on my bed could possibly make any difference. I opened the package and was super excited to see a personal, handwritten note from my friends at ChiliPAD. I was enjoying working with these sweet friends already...before falling in love with their product. Inside my package was ChiliPAD, the cube, a remote control and a very easy to understand instruction manual. Chris and I got right to work figuring this baby out so I could try it out that night.

Can't wait to get this out of the package and ready to use.

We got the mattress pad on our bed and then put our fitted sheet right over the top. Once the sheet was over the ChiliPAD, you could not tell that it was there. I was very glad to have an elastic band that fit around my mattress to keep the ChiliPAD from moving or bunching up during the night. We got all the tubing hooked up from our pad to the cube and read the instructions on adding the water to the cube. It was super simple to get the water into the cube. I do recommend not sitting on your bed while adding the water....oops!

Once we had the correct amount of water in the cube, we adjusted the temperature and turned it on. It makes a very soft sound as the water goes through the tubes. I personally like the sound because I am a fan girl, mainly because of the soothing sound. My husband is so cold natured that I can't run my fan during the winter and I miss the sound so much. It happened to be extremely cold the first night I was using my ChiliPAD, so I turned it on heat and set it on 74 degrees. I keep my heat on 66 degrees in my house and my husband says it is always freezing. I went to bed and was very comfortable with the ChiliPAD on. I did not feel heat from the pad the way you would from an electric blanket but I was so warm. I woke up during the night and did not have my blanket over me but was comfortable. I slept okay that first night. It was not as cold the second night so I lowered the temperature on the ChiliPAD down to 70 degrees. I slept great that second night. I don't know how the ChiliPAD did it and I can't promise you it was even the ChiliPAD that did it, but I had the best sleep I have had in a long time. I didn't wake up as much as usual and the best part was that both mornings I was actually asleep when my alarm went off. I can not remember the last time I was actually asleep when my alarm went off. I always set it, just in case...but I am always awake before it ever goes off. So, I am a believer in the ChiliPAD and will continue to use this wonderful product and hopefully my nights will continue to get better and I can catch up on all the sleep I have lost.
