I don't know about you, but I have issues falling asleep sometimes.  Not getting enough sleep or the right kind of sleep can have serious consequences.  I am not willing to use sleep aids as they can become addictive.  Natural sleep aids seem to be the way to go.

The next night I used the spray again and was sure it wouldn't work because I had slept so well the night before and I wasn't quite tired yet.  Guess what?  I was asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow.  My third attempt was the same.  I slept so peacefully and no tossing and turning.

Now, the two nights I didn't use it, I slept horribly.  I had a hard time falling asleep and then staying asleep.  I have had insomnia issues on and off most of my life.  My brain has a hard time turning off and it makes me miserable.  I can go days with little rest and then I crash and spend my free time napping so much that I miss out on other things I can be doing.  It is just not a good way to spend my life.  

I love that Lights Out is all-natural.   I love that an entire bottle will last me months and it is easy to order when I run out.  If you are like me or know someone like me that has trouble sleeping even 1 night out of the month, I recommend this.  I know I won't be going to sleep without it.
