Happy Saturday,  friends! Today is the official beginning of the girls' "Spring Break" and even though they are still distance learning, I am absolutely looking forward to the break. 

Today also happens to be National Haiku Poetry Day. Our local library is having a poetry contest for students, so even though today is the beginning of vacation, I'm going to encourage the girls to write a poem to submit. I remember learning about Haiku in elementary school and I've been fond of that form of poetry ever since.
