This is a quick and easy dinner that you can make in just minutes. All you need to do is grab the ingredients from your pantry or fridge, preheat the oven, and voila! You have a hot meal ready for your family.
The best part of this dish? Clean-up will be as easy as putting away all the ingredients used in preparation. The recipe itself only requires two steps: first, prepare the sloppy joe mix according to package instructions, then place it on top of sliced french bread and bake until golden brown.
So a night that you're too tired to cook and don't want to spend a lot of money this recipe would be perfect. It's made with ingredients you have in your pantry, takes about 20 minutes from start to finish, and less than $10 for the whole meal.

I made a side salad to make this a complete meal but this recipe would also make a yummy snack for the kids or when the husband's friends are over to watch the game. Whenever you need something easy that doesn't take long and won't break the bank, hopefully, you remember this recipe!
During the summer, I need to PLAN my meals because the kids are getting older and always on the run. Plus, it helps me with my grocery budget. I hate buying food, and it just goes to waste. Planning then shopping is the way to go.
Of course, you can add onions or anything else to make this recipe YOURS!
