Happy Saturday, friends! It's National Blueberry Picking day, so I thought today we'd share a few of our favorite blueberry recipes from the blog. Enjoy!
1. Blueberry Breakfast Quinoa- A great slow cooker recipe that takes only 1-2 hours (based on your taste preferences) and will provide a week-long option which is just perfect for when school starts back up!
2. Sugar-Free Blueberry Lemonade- Lemonade is a perfect summertime drink and adding in some delicious fresh blueberries is a great idea for a tasty twist.
3. Blueberry Ice Cream Pie- This is so tasty, I'm going to have to make it again real soon! We originally used packaged frozen (thawed) blueberries, but you could absolutely use fresh blueberries instead.
4. Lemon Blueberry Bread- Another lemon and blueberry recipe! I know it's hot and nobody really wants to turn on their oven, but I promise this sweet treat is absolutely worth it. On a side note, I am hoping to find a way to make this in both a slow cooker and an air fryer. If you have recommendations for either, please let me know!
