Recently, I've realized that I just started my fourth year in my apartment. Sure, I have photos on the walls, things stored, and things fairly put together, but I've never invested in window coverings more than the blinds that existed when I move in. For those of you who have rented before- I'm sure you understand. It's hard to spend the time, effort, and money on something if you don't know how long you will be in that location.
So, when I came across the drape, I was super excited because, at least in my bedroom, I'd been debating on curtains for a while. My window faces the street and often gets the shine from cars coming down the road, from street lamps, and of course the sun. My body doesn't like light- it wants darkness, as much as possible to get a good night sleep.
I've had the opportunity to have the drape's room darkening curtains up for about a week. I find that I am definitely sleeping better and deeper! The only disadvantage is that it's hard to get up and going when that alarm goes off because of the darkness.
I absolutely love the color of these drapes as well as the style! I have two windows that essentially act as a double window, so I put up one rod. Drapes definitely change the aesthetics of any room- giving it more light and making it feel more homey!
For those who work from home, the room darkener drapes can help with sun glares that make it hard to see our computer. I know at my own desk, in my bedroom, there is definitely a difference when working.. and on those zoom calls!

I am not sure yet. My 2 story townhouse only has 4 sliding glass doors with a screen porch & balcony, no windows.
