Sure, I keep granola/protein bars in my office and an assortment of other things for those moments when I can't sneak away for lunches or early dinners prior to meetings, but normally, I don't invest in a bunch of snacks.

Yet, when the cold hits- when the forecast starts to show that pink and blue- my brain wants to eat! It doesn't help that we jump straight from the holiday season to Valentine's Day candy immediately, so our brains see the processed goodness and go "I want" (even if we don't need!). Bars are gluten and soy free, have no artificial flavoring or sweeteners, and are non-GMO. Chocolate crunch bars are also available. 

The Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies have 9 cookies in a box. They are also gluten, soy, and GMO free and are filled with almond flour using no artificial flavorings or sweeteners. 1 Cookie has 200 calories, 10 g protein, 1 G Sugar, and 8 g carbs. Oatmeal Raisin and Sugar Protein Cookies are also available. 

Naked Nutrition Bars and Cookies are processed in a facility that processes tree nuts and peanuts, plus some do contain milk products, so make sure to check out the allergens before purchasing.

A lot of times these bars and snacks have different tastes since they are not filled with the processed sugars our bodies and tastebuds are used too. I love the taste of both the bar and the cookie! The right amount of protein means this snack fills me up during those afternoon blues. They taste great, are the perfect size, and will definitely hold you over. Granted, these are NOT meal replacements, so don't try to use them as such!
