When I was growing up, I was obsessed with Barbie. Come to think of it, my sister was, too! Barbie was an icon- and to us (as little girls), Barbie was real. She was someone we could look up to, and we admired Barbie because she could be so many different things, have any career she wanted, Ken was always be her side, and to us, that's all we could want for ourselves when we grew up.

Times have certainly changed and have become even more accepting and progressive than they were forty years ago. Now that I have two of my own little girls to guide through life, I am glad to see that Barbie has progressed, as well. Today, Barbie and friends embody real life girls and boys, embracing what makes us unique as people. My oldest daughter loves Barbie, loves watching the Barbie movies, and of course, loves playing with her Barbie dolls.

She loves wearing it to school, as it's really comfy and cozy, and all of the little girls in her class love to see her wearing it, too!

I couldn't leave my youngest out when it came to dressing the girls in sweet Barbie fashion from PatPat. I was so excited to see that they had a fair selection of toddler clothing, too.

Beanie loves her Barbie sweatshirt. It's so cozy and soft, and she loves the hot pink Barbie swirling across the chest. We topped her hair off with a matching hot pink bow, and her outfit was totally perf!

Even sweet Baby C loves her Barbie outfit! This cute romper depicts the classic Barbie icon and lettering. The one piece suit has added ruffles at the top for a touch of Barbie glam!

The first photo in this blog post shows Beanie in her Barbie pajamas, which she adores! It's a 2 pc top and bottoms set, and is totally pink! It's silky soft, and Beanie loves wearing this cute set to bed. She said she feels like a princess when she wears it.

I can't get over how amazing the Barbie outfits from PatPat are! I just love them. They wash and wear so well, and the girls feel extra special wearing them because they have a favorite character on them, inspiring and encouraging them to be themselves and to do great things! These outfits would make wonderful holiday gifts this season!
