Maddie McNabb is a former higher education professional turned full-time baker and entrepreneur. She’s always had a love for baked goods and grew up in the kitchen with her mom, always preparing intricate birthday cakes and slaving away over holiday cookies every year. However, she always preferred the eating process over the baking process! She has a bachelor’s degree in French and International Studies from Centre College and a master’s in Higher Education from the University of Virginia and likes to think she’s at least putting that French degree and study abroad experience to good use. With her educational background in French and her love for all things sweet, Maddie is a dessert queen.
Oh my goodness! The box of macarons I received was oh-so-good! My daughter and I adore macarons and were excited to try them. Our box had two of each of the following flavors: Apple Pie, Brownie Batter, Crème Brûlée, Pistachio Latte, Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, and Sweet Potato Pie. My favorites were the Pistachio Latte and the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew. Can you tell I like coffee? My daughter really enjoyed the Apple Pie and Crème Brûlée with its toasted top. We would definitely purchase from Maddie About Cake for anything from a special occasion to just to enjoy together.
