Happy Monday! I hope you had a great weekend, filled with lots of relaxation and sunshine. My weekend was busy, busy, like usual. What even is it like to relax? I sure wouldn't know. We're winding down our summer break, and in just three weeks, we'll be getting everything ready to head back to school. It's hard to believe that the summer (break) has passed us by so quickly.

In truth, the kids are ready to go back to school. Between house projects, camps and trips winding down, and vacation behind us, the kids are home, and they are bored. Working from home full-time, working at church a few hours a week, and having Sacha back to work after his summer break has the kids longing for routine and days filled with activities. While I'm not looking forward to packing lunches and the dreaded pick-up line in the afternoons, I am looking forward to earlier bedtimes, more sleep, and less whining from my kids. Our next scheduled trip isn't until sometime in September, so we have a while to go before we get there.
