I will never forget the first time my daughter ate eggs, she was six months old, and we were trying to introduce foods to her. She immediately began to break out around her face and neck and threw up the one bite of eggs she had tried. I finally found an allergen-free cookie dough mix from Autumn Sons Baking Company that meets that requirement! These cookie mixes are Dairy, Egg, Soy, Nut, and Gluten Free, made with oat and chickpea flour. Now, I know what you are thinking, that can't possibly taste good, but the truth is that they taste AMAZING!
The Autumn Sons Baking Company sent me a variety pack of cookie mixes which included, Sugar cookies, Chocolate Chunk cookies, Oatmeal Cinnamon cookies, and Double Chocolate Chunk cookies. The Oatmeal, Chocolate Chunk, and Double Chocolate Chunk are drop cookies, but the Sugar cookie can be drop cookies or cut out into patterns for that Holiday cookie decorating contest. They were all amazing, but my daughter's favorite was Chocolate Chunk.
