Sleep is an essential part of the holiday season. With the extra energy converted to cooking/ baking, home decorating, hosting, parties, and travel, our bodies can be completely drained. When I travel, I sometimes sleep better at home, but often times don't as I have complete black out curtains and darkening shades at home to cut out the light.
