• The attached remote means that it won't be lost or disappear suddenly.
• A Timer offers 15 or 30-minute sessions.
• The intensity level switches between low and high. 
• Up and down controls provide specific spot massage in certain areas.
• The S shaped design curves with the back, making the massage nodes hit much-needed spots along the way. 
• Since this is a foldable mat, it can fold down straight and can be used while lying down. 

• This cushion does not offer heat. Heat would make this experience even more magical!
• While there are straps, they are not long enough to reach around large chairs or couch cushions. 
• I wish the shoulder piece went up slightly higher to reach those obnoxious areas between the blades and neck. 

Overall, this is a great cushion for those of you who need sweet relief this holiday season. While your regular massage therapist might be on vacation, this is a great way to provide immediate relief! The intensity levels do vary based on how sore your body might be. My lower back has been giving me some issues lately, so when the intensity level is on high, and it hits certain areas, I nearly jump as it's a lot of pressure!
