Good morning and happy Sunday.  I pray that you are getting to rest your spirit today in the way that works for you. We are up early to meet friends for breakfast or brunch if you will. I am resting my last week with last week and starting my new week with the love and support of my friends.

In the last three months, I have met a group of amazing people all over the country and outside of it. People that never would have crossed my path, but have changed my life in so many ways.  I am the person, that would never leave home if I could.  I'm more comfortable here.  Well, this isn't the me I want to be. I want to meet people and have bonds like I have with my sisters.

I am learning to leave my comfort zone. Today, one of my new friends sent us a gift from Canada. Her love and dedication to her art of crochet is so expressed in this piece. I never would have met her until I learned to navigate how I feel about coming outside my shell.
