My family was fortunate enough to spend a few days in the gorgeous Smoky Mountains last week. We packed up the car after church on Sunday, and headed up I-40 through Western NC until we reached charming Gatlinburg, TN. A favorite destination for our family, this trip marked our sixth visit to the area. There's so much to see and do in and around Gatlinburg, and the best part is that you're surrounded by glorious mountain views everywhere you look.

Sacha and I have found much happiness and peace in our mountain visits. We hope to one day purchase land in Western NC and build a home that we can retire to and share with our family. No matter how many times we visit Western NC and Eastern TN, there's always something new to enjoy, and places we've yet to explore. We can't wait for our next trip to the mountains!
